This in depth course supports delegates to understand the role of a PE leader. It involves auditing current provision, writing an effective action plan, leading improvements in teaching & learning and conducting meaningful monitoring activities.

It also explores how PE contributes to wider school improvement. Delegates who haven’t completed the level 5 certificate in PE specialism can still access this course as a 2 day subject leader CPD opportunity.
