Each 45 minute session will involve a breathing exercise, gentle warm up stretches, a mini yoga sequence, fun partner poses, and calming floor poses leading into a finishing relaxation or meditation. Parents/ Carers and children can take part in the whole session together, enjoying some time to connect, be creative, have fun, and also learn some new ways to wind down and relax before bedtime.
