This is a 6 week programme which takes yoga and wellbeing strategies further, focussing on also improving physical and mental fitness and enhancing knowledge of the benefits of different yoga positions, flows and technique. Not only will these sessions improve personal outcomes for staff but they will also give ideas for activities and practices to use with pupils in class
These sessions will take place as live zoom sessions on the 11th, 25thJan,8thFeb, 22ndFeb, 8thMarchand 22ndMarch. All Mondays at 7.30 – 8.30pm
The sessions will also all be recorded for those unable to take part at the allocated times.
Cost £150 for whole school access or £25 for an individual.
