Description
This 6 week programme is aimed at improving staff well-being and ability to deal with the day to day pressures of school life. Not only will these sessions improve personal outcomes for staff but they will also give ideas for activities and practices to use with pupils in class
Session 1 – Introduction, what to expect, why yoga is beneficial
Session 2 – The importance of breath work
Session 3 – Being present/ switching off
Session 4 – Meditation
Session 5 – Positive mindset/ gratitude
Session 6 – Letting go
Each session builds progressively to the next and will give the teachers, TA’s and staff members accessing them both a personal sense of improved wellbeing and a range of ideas for use in school. All sessions will be recorded so you will be able to access then at an alternative time if you miss them.
