Description
This virtual 1-1 session will be arranged at a time that is convenient to yourself either within school hours or in the evening and will take place via zoom.
During the session and pre communication via email we will establish the areas you need support with and then work with you to show/ signpost you to the relevant resources and support materials and help you to adapt these during the session. This could include:
- Helping you to write a strategic action plan,
- Helping you to create a vision for your subject
- Completing policies or risk assessments
- Providing some monitoring or moderation for your subject
- Developing a curriculum overview map or progression of skills grid
- or any other area you need support in.
